Retaining Me
I take engagements from both plaintiff and defense counsel. My fees are for professional time. They are never tied to the outcome of a matter or to the substance of an opinion. I will send a fee schedule and an engagement agreement on request. Work begins once the agreement is signed and the retainer is in place.
